Bristol Road Corner
Once a derelict verge, the Bristol Road Corner has been adopted by Gryphon School pupils and planted with decorative tubs. This has made a tremendous difference to this corner of the town, which is conspicuously on view to motor traffic both in and out of the town.
And, around the corner, on the road-side verge, the pupils have planted trees which make good use of some otherwise unused land:
This plot is well appreciated by all the people who live and work around this area. Well done, Gryphon School!
This website is honoured to have twice won the coveted Barry Cruse Trophy for 'Best Website' in the South West in Bloom regional competition.
We were awarded the trophy in 2010 and 2013.
