Jubilee Copse

In celebration of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, a group of volunteers have planted a Jubilee Copse on land adjacent to the Castle Terrace playing fields.

There are 127 saplings in the copse.

They may not look very interesting just yet but be sure to come back in 60 years time and the scene should appear very different! (Will King George Alexander Louis VII be on the throne by then?)

This website is honoured to have twice won the coveted Barry Cruse Trophy for 'Best Website' in the South West in Bloom regional competition.

We were awarded the trophy in 2010 and 2013.

Champions 2016!

Sherborne in Bloom was awarded joint Champion of Champions at the South West in Bloom awards 2016. We were joint winners with St Just in Cornwall, scoring exactly the same marks.
